How do I qualify for tattoo removal?

Must be black ink on the hand(s), neck or face. No bigger then the size of a credit card

Must be actively involved in the Colorado Divison of Youth Services, Savio House or an affiliated agency. Referral from a re-entry specialist is required.
Low-Cost Tattoo Removal
Removal must meet the requirements and core area of service. Must be between the ages of 15 to 25 years old, referred by a case worker in Adams County. Fees apply and there may be a waitlist.
